Se les informa que la Unidad de Prácticas Comerciales Internacionales de la (SE), emite la presente Resolución preliminar de la investigación antidumping sobre las importaciones de poliéster fibra corta originarias de la república popular china, independientemente del país de procedencia. Dicho producto ingresa al mercado nacional a través de las fracciones arancelarias **5503.20.01 y 5503.20.99** de la Tarifa de la Ley de los Impuestos Generales de Importación y de Exportación (TIGIE).
